What are the delivery times?

Standard delivery : 6 to 12 working days (3.99 EUR)

Where can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number . You can track your package directly through our website .

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Once your order is confirmed, we cannot modify or cancel it , as it is sent directly for processing. We recommend that you carefully check your order before confirming it.

What size should I choose?

Each Aurélienne Paris model has a unique fit. That's why we've developed two solutions to help you choose the perfect size:

  1. A personalized size guide is available on each product page. It is specifically adapted to the model in question (e.g.: Amira dress, Camille dress, etc.).
    You will find the exact measurements there, as well as adjustment advice according to the cut.
  2. The interactive “Find My Size” tool, accessible just below the price on each product page, allows you to get a personalized recommendation by simply entering your measurements.

For fitted cuts, we advise you to refer to your measurements and not hesitate to use these two complementary resources.

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

Yes, you have 30 days after receipt to make a return or exchange. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. See our Return Policy here:

What are the processing and shipping times for my order?

We process and ship orders within 2-5 business days maximum . Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

What are your customer service response times?

What should I do if my package is lost or delayed?

If your order is delayed, we recommend checking its status using the tracking number provided. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs. If it is lost, please contact us so we can help you find a solution.

Do I have to pay additional customs fees or taxes?

Orders delivered within the European Union are not subject to customs duties. However, certain local regulations may apply. We recommend that you check with your country's customs authorities.
