Return policy
1. General Conditions of Return and Exchange
At Aurélienne Paris , we strive to offer you quality products and a satisfying shopping experience. If you wish to make a return or exchange, please review the following conditions:
- You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
- We do not offer direct refunds , except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part. In other cases, an exchange or store credit will be offered.
- If you have received a defective item or believe your order is faulty, contact us immediately .
- Sale items are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Exchanges
- You can exchange an item for a different size or model (subject to availability).
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the item is received and verified, we will ship the replacement item at no additional cost.
3. Conditions for Returned Items
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Without damage, stains or odor (perfume, deodorant, laundry detergent, etc.)
- With all original tags attached
- In their original packaging (box for shoes, pouch for accessories, etc.)
- Shoes should only be tested indoors (no marks or scratches should be visible).
Any return that does not comply with these conditions may be refused.
4. Return Procedure
Return requests are now made directly via email.

Please include the following in your email:
- Your first and last name
- Your order number
- The article in question
- The reason for the return
- Preferred option: exchange or store credit
After receiving your request, our team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed with shipping your return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We advise you to use a service with a tracking number, as Aurélienne Paris cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
Upon receipt and verification of your return, we will proceed with the exchange or issue your credit note, according to your initial choice.
5. Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and quality reasons, some items cannot be returned, except in the case of a defect:
- Products on sale
- Items without their original packaging or with removed labels
- Damaged, worn or washed products

We accept most payment methods, including bank cards and other traditional payment methods .
