1. General Conditions of Return and Exchange

At Aurélienne Paris , we strive to provide you with quality products and a satisfying shopping experience. If you wish to make a return or exchange, please be aware of the following conditions:

  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
  • We do not offer direct refunds , except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part. In other cases, an exchange or store credit will be offered.
  • If you have received a defective item or believe your order is defective, please contact us immediately .
  • Sale products are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Exchanges

  • You can exchange an item for another size or another model (subject to availability).
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Once the item is received and checked, we will ship the new item at no additional cost.

3. Conditions of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • No deterioration, stains or odor (perfume, deodorant, laundry detergent, etc.)
  • With all original tags attached
  • In their original packaging (box for shoes, pouch for accessories, etc.)
  • Tried indoors only for shoes (no marks or scratches should be visible)

Any return not respecting these conditions may be refused.


4. Return Procedure

Return requests are made directly through our online portal, accessible from your customer account or your order confirmation email.

  • Select the item concerned, the reason for the return and the desired option: exchange or store credit .
  • Once your request has been validated, you will receive detailed instructions for shipping your return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a service with a tracking number, as Aurélienne Paris cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged during transport .

Upon receipt and verification of your return, we will proceed with the exchange or issue of your credit , according to your initial choice.


5. Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and quality reasons, some items cannot be returned, except in the event of a defect:

  • Products on sale
  • Items without their original packaging or with the labels removed
  • Damaged, worn or washed products
  • Accessories ( jewelry, hats, etc. )

6. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept most payment methods, including credit cards and other standard payments .
Any order placed and paid for is subject to this same return and exchange policy.
