1. General Delivery Information

Aurélienne Paris offers reliable and fast delivery options worldwide. The delivery time begins once your order has been shipped and you have received your tracking number.

Please note:

  • The delivery times indicated are estimates and may vary depending on peak periods, public holidays or other exceptional circumstances.
  • Orders placed online are not processed on weekends or public holidays .
  • In case of high demand (sales, holidays, special promotions), shipping times may be extended.

3. Order Shipment

Processing Time

Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 12pm (noon) are prepared within 1 to 3 working days .

Orders placed after 12pm will be processed from the next working day , with dispatch also within 2 to 4 working days .

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day .

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number to follow the delivery of your package.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number allowing you to track the delivery of your package.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to be activated after shipment.
If you cannot find your tracking number, check your "Junk Mail" (Spam) folder .


5. Delivery Conditions

  • Most orders require a signature upon delivery . If no one is present at the address provided, a delivery notice may be left.
  • If you are not home , you will need to contact the carrier to reschedule delivery or collect your parcel from the designated collection point.

6. Customs Duties and Taxes

  • Aurélienne Paris does not cover any customs fees or import taxes that may be applied in certain EU countries. These fees remain the responsibility of the customer.
  • If payment of customs fees is refused, the package will be returned to the sender or destroyed by local customs . No refund will be issued in this case.

7. Returns and Undeliverable Parcels

Return to Sender (Return to Warehouse)

If a package is returned to our warehouse for one of the following reasons:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
  • Prolonged absence during delivery
  • Unclaimed parcel at the collection point

A credit note will be automatically issued for the value of the returned items, excluding initial shipping costs.

8. Delays and Lost Packages

  • Aurélienne Paris cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (customs, strikes, weather conditions, periods of high demand, etc.).
  • In the event of a lost or stolen package after delivery confirmation , we cannot be held responsible and no refund will be issued.
  • For any questions regarding a package in transit, please contact the carrier indicated in your tracking email directly.

9. Orders with Pre-order Items

If you purchase an in-stock item at the same time as a pre-order item, your entire order will be shipped together , upon receipt of the pre-order product.

If you wish to receive items that are available immediately, we recommend placing separate orders .

Please note: Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed .
